Who can use Mobile Banking? How do I enroll?

  • Our Mobile Banking service is currently available to our personal account holders. Individuals interested in this service must be enrolled in Online Banking. If you are not enrolled, please take a moment to sign up.
  • To enroll in Mobile Banking, please login to your Online Banking account and select the “Other Services” tab. Once you have officially enrolled, you may download the appropriate app for your Mobile Device. Please visit our Mobile Banking page for additional information. 

How do I establish direct deposit into my account?

  • To establish direct deposit to one or more of your accounts, please contact your Human Resources department. In doing so, you will need the bank’s routing number (031310086) and your personal account number(s). If you need further information, please contact the Client Care Center directly at 717-846-1970 or toll-free at 888-846-1970, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays.

How do I report a lost or stolen debit card?

  • If your VISA® Check Card is lost or stolen, please contact ELAN directly at 1-800-264-5578. If you need further assistance, please visit one of our Financial Centers during regular business hours, or contact the Client Care Center directly at 717-846-1970 or toll-free at 888-846-1970, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays.

How do I place a stop payment on a check?

  • If you are actively enrolled in Online Banking or PhoneConnect, you may place a stop payment on a check through one of these services. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking or PhoneConnect, please visit one of our Financial Centers during regular business hours, or contact the Client Care Center directly at 717-846-1970 or toll-free at 888-846-1970, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays.

What information is needed for a domestic or international wire transfers?

If you are looking to complete a domestic wire transfer you will need the following items:

If you are looking to complete an international wire transfer you will need the following items:

  • Beneficiaries name, address and account number/IBAN #

What do I do if I cannot access Online Banking?

  • If you cannot access your Online Banking account, and have been locked out after three attempts, please contact the Client Care Center directly at 717-846-1970 or toll-free at 888-846-1970, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays.

How can I change my address?

  • If you are actively enrolled in Online Banking you have the ability to change your address through this service by selecting “Other Services.” If you are not an active Online Banking user, please contact the Client Care Center by calling 717-846-1970 or toll-free 888-846-1970, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays.

How do I reset my debit card PIN?
