New & Improved Fraud Alerts Beginning March 25, 2019February 28, 2019
Your security is important to us and while we have always monitored your account from fraud, we are excited to announce our newly enhanced fraud alert system. This new and improved feature will allow you to confirm or deny transactions made with your PeoplesBank VISA Debit Card through text, phone, or email alerts. Simply follow the prompts to respond to the text, call, or email alert in real time.
As part of our fraud protection services, you have automatically been enrolled in PeoplesBank fraud alerts. When a transaction is identified as potential fraud, you will receive an alert. If you do not wish to receive text alerts, you will have the ability to opt out by simply replying “STOP” when you receive your first text alert. Fraud alerts from PeoplesBank will begin on March 25, 2019.
