Coronavirus: Important Information

We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications from PPP Borrowers who use Schedule C for their financial reporting using the new 2483-C and 2483-SD-C forms.  These new forms allow a Schedule C Borrower to utilize gross income instead of net income in calculating their eligible PPP loan amount.  We are accepting applications from all businesses in our market area.

Please continue to work with your existing assigned PeoplesBank Commercial team member or email our PPP inbox if you’d like to apply.

Please refer to these instructions once you are set up in our Client Portal.  There are minor changes due to the system updates, including an additional section where borrowers with eligible entity types will be asked if they want to use the new forms.  But for the most part these instructions will still help ensure you are able to successfully apply without errors.  While the system can be intuitive for many applicants, there are a few steps that can create inefficiencies for applicants if the instructions are not followed.

Economic Impact Payments

The federal government has signed another round of economic relief in response to COVID-19. This round includes payments that will be distributed to eligible individuals as early as March 17, 2021 through direct deposit and March 19, 2021 for mailing paper checks.

  • If you receive your tax refund in the form of direct deposit, the government will be issuing your economic impact payment the same way. This means that your payment will be deposited directly into the account reflected on your most recent tax return.
  • Economic impact payments will be sent to you from the federal government. PeoplesBank does not control how or when you will receive your payment.
  • The best way to determine the status of your payment is by visiting the Get My Payment Portal

What to Expect When You Arrive

  • All visitors and associates must wear a mask while inside the Financial Center.
  • You will be warmly greeted in the vestibule by a Financial Center representative who will verify your identity, review several health questions, and explain the new transaction guidelines. Please be prepared to show your ID.
  • You will be asked to use floor markers to ensure social distancing practices are followed.
  • After your transaction is complete, a representative will direct you to the proper exit.

Ensuring Your Safety

To protect the safety of our clients and associates, we have implemented additional safety measures to our lobby experience. Some of the temporary modifications to our lobby experience are:

  • Limiting the number of clients inside our Financial Centers at one time
  • Requiring masks to be worn upon entering the building
  • Installing plastic shields at our teller windows
  • Using floor markers to designate safe social distancing while standing in line
