After several weeks of declining COVID cases in our community, we are pleased to announce the reopening of all Financial Center lobbies on Monday, March 1, 2021.

Updated Financial Center Hours

Appointments are still recommended for new account openings, notary services, and other non-transactional requests. All Retirement Community Offices also remain by appointment only. Please contact our Client Care Center at 888-846-1970 to schedule an appointment.

What to Expect When You Arrive

  • All visitors and associates must wear a mask while inside the Financial Center.
  • You will be warmly greeted in the vestibule by a Financial Center representative who will verify your identity, review several health questions, and explain the new transaction guidelines. Please be prepared to show your ID.
  • You will be asked to use floor markers to ensure social distancing practices are followed.
  • After your transaction is complete, a representative will direct you to the proper exit.

Ensuring Your Safety

To protect the safety of our clients and associates, we have implemented additional safety measures to our lobby experience. Some of the temporary modifications to our lobby experience are:

  • Limiting the number of clients inside our Financial Centers at one time
  • Requiring masks to be worn upon entering the building
  • Installing plastic shields at our teller windows
  • Using floor markers to designate safe social distancing while standing in line
