Online Banking
If you have applied for Online Banking, you will receive an email with your temporary password and further instructions on how to access your Online Banking account.

Telephone Banking
If you have applied for Telephone Banking and chose your access code, you will be able to access PhoneConnect within one business day.  You will also receive a letter in the mail which will either confirm your pre-selected access code or notify you of your assigned access code.

VISA Debit Card
If you have applied for a VISA Debit Card, you will be receiving your new card within 7 to 10 business days from the date of your application. To activate your card, please follow the instructions listed on your new card.
