PeoplesBank Fee Waivers – Effective Until August 31, 2021
Packaging Fee Waiver
- Packaging fees for SBA loans with complete applications will be waived through August 31, 2021. This could result in as much as $2,500 in savings!
SBA Fee Waivers – Effective Until September 30, 2021
Temporary Fee Reductions
- Subject to the availability of funds, all 7(a) & Express loans for which an application is approved by the SBA and a loan number assigned:
- The SBA Guaranty fee is reduced to zero.
- The Lender’s Annual Service fee is reduced to zero.
Maximum Loan Amount for SBA Express Loans
- The current $1,000,000 maximum loan amount will be extended through September 30, 2021. On October 1, 2021, the maximum loan amount will permanently change to $500,000.
