Tad has over 22 years of experience in investment services and operations, as well as more than 10 years of experience in business management. Most recently, Tad was employed by Wilmington Trust and held several positions since 2012, including Regional Investment Implementation Officer, Director of Investment Oversight and Director of Investment Planning. Tad is a graduate of Washington and Lee University. He obtained his Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance certification from American University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional.
