Do you offer Telephone Banking?

  • Yes, you can enroll in our Telephone Banking service, PhoneConnect, by visiting a Financial Center or contacting our Client Care Center at 888-846-1970 or clientcare@peoplesbanknet.com.
  • To use PhoneConnect, simply dial 717-747-1555 to check balances and transfer funds via the phone.

How do I activate my PeoplesBank VISA® Debit Card?

  • Please call 866-633-5293 and follow the prompts to activate your card and assign your PIN.

How do I report a lost or stolen debit card?

  • If your VISA® Debit Card is lost or stolen, please contact FIS directly at 1-800-500-1044. If you need further assistance, please visit one of our Financial Centers during regular business hours, or contact the Client Care Center directly at 717-846-1970 or toll-free at 888-846-1970, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.

Who should I contact if I experience issues with my debit card after hours?

  • If you are experiencing issues with your VISA® Debit Card outside of normal bank hours, please call 1-800-500-1044 for assistance.

How do I reset my debit card PIN?

How do I reorder checks?

  • If you need to reorder checks and know the style of check, please login to your Online Banking account to place your order. If you do not know the style of your checks, or if you are not an Online Banking user, please contact the Client Care Center directly by calling 717-846-1970 or toll-free at 888-846-1970, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.

How can I change my address?

  • If you are actively enrolled in Online Banking you have the ability to change your address through this service by selecting “Other Services.” If you are not an active Online Banking user, please contact the Client Care Center by calling 717-846-1970 or toll-free at 888-846-1970, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.

What information is needed for domestic or international wire transfers?

If you are looking to complete a domestic wire transfer you will need the following items:

  • Beneficiaries’ name, address and account number
  • Beneficiaries’ bank name, address and ABA number; dollar amount.

If you are looking to complete an international wire transfer you will need the following items:

  • Beneficiaries’ name, address and account number/IBAN #
  • Beneficiaries’ bank name, address, SWIFT code and dollar amount which can be in US dollars.
